- Yes. Torque & Tread answers the phone 24/7, including nights, weekends and holidays, across Polk and Highlands County.
- How much does mobile service cost compared to a shop?
- Comparable, and often less. We do not carry the overhead of a building and bays. You are paying for parts and labor, plus a service call, and you get the quote before we start.
- What can't be done mobile?
- Wheel alignments, transmission work, engine internals and anything that genuinely needs a lift or a rack. We will tell you that on the phone rather than charging you to find out.
- Do I need to be there while you work?
- Only long enough to hand over keys and approve the work. Plenty of customers leave for the office and come back to a finished vehicle.
